| Project aim & Objective: | Facilitating integration of young people, vulnerable /marginalized and minorities in the selected territory into the labor market through enhancement of their individual and employment potentials promote equal opportunities and gender equality at local and regional level through new learning opportunities for job acquisition. |
| Results: | Complex Analysis on targeted population, employment service providers, relevant NGOs and local employers; On-the-job-training at the local employers; Website, e-newsletter, promotional materials, project open days for results presentation; Network of stakeholders focused on follow up actions, long-term cooperation and information flow. |
