Project aim & Objective: Presentation of the two cities potentials and specifics in front of the general public in the cross-border area. Bringing down all prejudges regarding way of life and culture in the neighbouring country.
Results: Know-how and the experience are provided by existing JBC in Korca to the new established Job and Business Centre (JBC) in Ohrid; One joint Cross Border Advisory (CBA) Committee is set up and trained to advocate and lobby for employment policies for the target; Unemployed people are trained, (Mainly from Gypsy) and motivated to search for a job or get self-employment opportunities.

Project aim & Objective: Development of a better and comprehensive understanding and application of environmental protection standards through Capacity development of cross-border actors including regional network of federations of forests and pastures, civil society organizations, farmers and water associations, community based groups, schools through continuous awareness and training and promotion of community resources and partnerships.
Results: Strengthen the capacities of communities and cross border actors; improve data collection in order to produce regional state of the environment reports and other assessment for decision making.

Project aim & Objective: The project goal was to contribute to a wider economic development of the cross–border area of the south–west region in the Republic of Macedonia (Struga, Ohrid, Zajas, Debar municipality) and Korca region in the Republic of Albania (Pogradec and Korca municipalities). The project established interactive communication between representatives of Economic Chambers of Albania (Tirana–Korca) and the Macedonian Chambers (OEMVP). By achieving this kind of communication, the project created a possibility for mutual introduction of best practices that both Chambers shared, and thereby established a lasting cross–border partnership. This was done through identifying differences in these practices, as well as recommendations for improving them and defining the cooperation between the Chambers. The resulting partnership contributed to further regional development by using a new tool of cross– border cooperation.
Results: The action has planned two results, as: Established economic policy debate among key stakeholders on both side of the border; Improved links and access to information about business opportunities in both sides of the cross-border region.

Project aim & Objective: This project seeks to contribute to the launching of cooperation development between small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the cross-border region. The project will implement actions to improve commercial exchange and economic relations between Mk and AL by creating CB exchange and partnership programmes, emphasizing and defining necessary joint strategies, enabling the exchange of knowledge and good practices between the two countries and encouraging a common interest in supporting and organizing the SMEs.
Results: Enhanced capacities for entrepreneurs’ development and also creating opportunities for establishing contacts, assistance, communication and strengthening relationships.
