The European Commission published on 7 October 2026 the 2nd Call for Proposals under the IPA III Cross-Border Cooperation Programme North Macedonia – Albania 2021-2027, entitled: “Cross-Border Programme North Macedonia – Albania under the Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance (IPA III), Allocations for 2024”

Potential applicants are encouraged to begin discussions with their cross-border partners as early as possible, as the preparation of high-quality project proposals and effective partnership coordination require sufficient time.
This is a restricted Call for Proposals. In the first stage, applicants are required to submit only a Concept Note (Annex A.1 – Grant Application Form: Concept Note) for evaluation.
Deadline for submission of Concept Notes: 15 January 2027
Information sessions related to the Call will be organised approximately 15 days after the publication of the Call for Proposals. Detailed information regarding the organisation, dates and venues of the information sessions will be published in due course.
