Project aim & Objective: To increase the economic development of the Municipalities of Gostivar and Korca through creation of capacities for sustainable tourism development by investing in human resources, small scale infrastructure interventions and establishing a system for integrated functioning of all tourism related stakeholders.
Results: Workforce development assessment; Tourism Management Department established in Gostivar high school and new modules offered at Korca University; students trained in career management and internship; teachers trained in GCDF career counseling; Elective courses introduced with tourism professionals; 10 professional mountain leaders trained; 70 km of trails created in Gostivar; 10 monuments lighted in Korca;

Project aim & Objective: Promotion of an effective collaboration between the civil society actors towards fruitful social development in the CBC region. Supporting the networking process and sustainable partnerships between youth local based organizations in planning and implementation of joint actions within the region
Results: Created informal network of youth CSOs from the CBC region; Strengthened organizational and programme capacities of the youth organizations through training process; Shared positive practices and knowledge on successful programme and organizational management between youth CSOs in the region; Established partnerships for joint projects that target young people under the EU programmes.

Project aim & Objective: Public information on management of natural resources related to forest and water in the cross-border area of Ohrid Lake. Improve knowledge and increase awareness of the communities, and local and central authorities responsible for the management of forest and water resources on the importance of their sustainable use. Increase participation of the stakeholders and their collaboration for identifying sustainable solutions for their rural communities is enabled.
Results: Increased information accessibility of the relevant stakeholders in the cross-border area of Ohrid Lake, on management of natural resources related to forest and water. More informed rural communities and more responsible authorities related to water and forest management. Local Advisory Groups on Environment established with representation of different stakeholders, actively participating in providing sustainable solutions to their problems.

Project aim & Objective: The purpose of the project is local and economic development of the Dibra region with construction of sidewalk infrastructure which will provide a good basis for attracting larger numbers of visitors as well as local and foreign investors.
Results: The overall objective of the action is local and regional economic development and the aim of the project is to promote the tourism in Dibra through construction of 2.2 km new sidewalks in the Dibra lake side. Construction of lakeside infrastructure will provide a
good basis for attracting larger numbers of visitors. Visitors will be able to enjoy activities like walking, biking, and jogging
