for the selection of 1 (one) expert for the preparation of a Baseline Data Survey for determining the initial indicators of the “Technical Assistance for the North Macedonia-Albania Cross-Border Cooperation Programme” within the framework of the IPA 3 Cross-Border Cooperation Programme between the Republic of North Macedonia and the Republic of Albania

Interested candidates must submit the detailed technical, financial offer and CV of the experts/s along with documents that demonstrate relevant experience and qualifications, no later than 21 days from the date of this announcement, or not later than 20th of January, 2026, on the following address:
