Project aim & Objective:	Good project management, to know and improve the knowledge of the women’s creative resources, to favor the turnover in the managerial roles, to improve competences and services in theatre field. To improve the social dialogue and to develop the sensitiveness towards an active citizenship.
Results:	Good cross border partnership; valorization of the women’s talent and creative skills for a further integration of them into the making-decision processes of the public bodies and the cultural organizations; stronger impact of the artistic activities on the social and economic development; further specialization of the workforce; improvement of the social and intercultural dialogue; good promotion and image of women artists.

Results:	Increased knowledge among rural areas inhabitants for new environmentally friendly agriculture production technologies; Identified branded and promoted typical traditional food products from the cross-border region; Exploring possibilities and promoted agro tourism potential in the cross border region.

Results:	interviews conducted; summary and final reports; trainings for SMEs, and consultants; modules for unemployed persons organize; B2U match making events; reduction of the unemployment rate; study tour to AL and MK; SMEs in AL and BSO network visited; policy documents; fair organized; people visited the fair.

Project aim & Objective:	The aim of the project was to increase the capacities of local governments in designing and implementing the Local Strategy and Action Plan for Employment, and initiating sustainable partnerships through the Regional Network for Employment Development. The project contributed to the incensement of the social integration of marginalised groups in the cross–border communities of the Republic of Macedonia and the Republic of Albania through developing and implementing strategies, action plans and employment programmes. The final result was to initiate sustainable partnerships for the capacity building of grassroots NGOs and marginalised youth groups to cope with the entrepreneurship and free–market possibilities of both cross–border areas
Results:	Increased capacities of the local governments in designing and implementation of Local Strategy and Action Plan for Employment; initiated sustainable partnerships through created Regional Network for Employment Development; Increased capacities of the marginalized groups in entrepreneurship that is contributing to their social inclusion.
