Project aim & Objective: The project aim was to contribute to the prevention of disability, through workshops and materials on relevant issues related to early prevention, detection, treatment and rehabilitation. The specific objective was to improve the quality of life of the disabled people and their families, indirect stimulation of the work of institutions dealing with the disabled, as well as increased level of education of the target group and development of joint strategies between the Republic of Macedonia and Albania. The project contributed to the social inclusion and better understanding of the people with intellectual disability in this region
Results: Better accessibility of information and education for the target group; Better understanding of intellectual disability; Improvement of prevention, detection, treatment and rehabilitation; Services’ quality improvement; Set up a network of relevant institutions; Encouraged cooperation.

Project aim & Objective: To improve the sustainable natural resources management in CB region, using Decision Support System based on information and communication technology to increase public awareness of cross-border area on importance of Sustainable Natural Resources Management. Increased participation of CSO and local communities in environmental protection activities, which improves the management of the national park of Shebenik-Jabllanica and natural resources.
Results: Increased awareness and information of local communities on protection of the park in particular and nature in general; Increased public participation and community action for the sustainable management of the park and natural resources; Improved cooperation and partnership between local actors and at trans-border level and find mechanisms for further development.

Municipality of Prilep in MK

Project aim & Objective: The aim of the project was to increase the capacities of local governments in designing and implementing the Local Strategy and Action Plan for Employment, and initiating sustainable partnerships through the Regional Network for Employment Development. The project contributed to the incensement of the social integration of marginalised groups in the cross–border communities of the Republic of Macedonia and the Republic of Albania through developing and implementing strategies, action plans and employment programmes. The final result was to initiate sustainable partnerships for the capacity building of grassroots NGOs and marginalised youth groups to cope with the entrepreneurship and free–market possibilities of both cross–border areas
Results: Increased capacities of the local governments in designing and implementation of Local Strategy and Action Plan for Employment; initiated sustainable partnerships through created Regional Network for Employment Development; Increased capacities of the marginalized groups in entrepreneurship that is contributing to their social inclusion.
