Project aim & Objective: Good project management, to know and improve the knowledge of the women’s creative resources, to favor the turnover in the managerial roles, to improve competences and services in theatre field. To improve the social dialogue and to develop the sensitiveness towards an active citizenship.
Results: Good cross border partnership; valorization of the women’s talent and creative skills for a further integration of them into the making-decision processes of the public bodies and the cultural organizations; stronger impact of the artistic activities on the social and economic development; further specialization of the workforce; improvement of the social and intercultural dialogue; good promotion and image of women artists.

Results: Local Action Groups are established and active in local development; Strategies of tourism development for the Deshati mountain range region are developed. Households involved in rural/mountainous tourism have increased their capacity in service provision. Coordination of touristic offer from two sides of the border has improved. Cooperation between local actors across the border is promoted.
